Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed in the above Crl.O.P.No.9949 of 2020 dated 02.07.2020. ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 02.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.9949 of 2020, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner did not comply the condition imposed on him by order dated 02.07.2020.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
