Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., to relax the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioner to appear before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, fortnightly i.e., on 1st and 15th of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.228 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.30348 of 2019. ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.228 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.30348 of 2019 order dated 08.01.2020., the petitioner is directed to appear before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, fortnightly i.e., on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 AM., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner was complying with the conditions till lock down.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Alandur, as on the first working day of the month after lifting of lockdown.
