These original applications have been filed restraining the respondents from invoking bank guarantee.

2. It is stated that the applicant has invoked arbitration and filed petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act in Arb.O.P(Com.Div) Nos.24 to 26 of 2021, which is pending before this Court. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that till the arbitration proceedings are over, the respondents shall keep the bank guarantees alive and the respondents shall not encash the bank guarantee extended.
