(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, it is directed that the second and third respondents will dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 13.10.2016, in accordance with law, after causing an inspection of the site of private respondents 5 to 6 situated on Thapal Nilaya Street, Rajapettai Koil Street, Murugesa Achari Street, in S.Nos.56/1, 55/94 and 55/25 of Edathanur Village, Thandrampattu Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District, within fifteen (15) days from today and on detection of any irregularity, with notices being issued to all concerned, conclude the proceedings within a maximum period of two (2) months thereafter.
