Respondents Prayers: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus or direction or order more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from in anyway interfering with the petitioner's right to keep the Digital Banners or placards or Sign Boards, relating to petitioner's business at the petitioner's shop, which are erected at New No.309, Old No.36-B, Vijay Nagar, Velachery Tambaram Main Road, Chennai600 042 to an extent of 120 Sq.ft.in conformity with Rule 11 of Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies (Permission for Erection of Digital Banners and Placard) Rules 2011 without following the procedure.
