ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to amend the name of the petitioner in the order dated 17.07.2020 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10683 of 2020 as P. Seenivasan, instead of P.Srinivasan and to amend the Section as 379, 430 IPC and 21(5) Tamil Nadu Mines and Minerals Act 1957 instead of section 379, 430 IPC and 21(1) Tamil Nadu Mines and Minerals Act 1957.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered as prayed for and time is extended to the petitioner to comply the conditions as ordered by this Court within two weeks from the date of lifting of lock down and the commencement of the Court's normal functioning.
