O.A.No.312 of 2021 O.A.No.312 of 2021 N.SATHISH KUMAR,J This Original Application has been filed to pass orders of interim measure of protection, in respect of the Schedule property, morefully described in the Judges Summons, covered under the Agreement, dated 1/4/2006 and 1/4/2009 entered into between the applicant and the respondent, 2009 and the termination letter, dated 16/4/2021 by granting an order of temporary injunction restraining the respondents or their men or agents or anyone acting under instructions from the respondent from giving effect to the termination letter dated 16/4/2021 and taking over the possession of the premises G 6, Prince Manor, 114 Purasawalkam High Road, Kellys, Chennai 600 010, morefully described in the Judges Summons, from the applicant, pending disposal of the arbitration proceedings.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that they will hand over the possession of the premises, on 31/7/2021, after taking inventory and also requested that the respondent may also nominate a person, on their side to take inventory.

4. As both sides have agreed for taking inventory, both side can nominate their representative to be present, on 31/7/2021, for taking inventories.

5. In such a view of the matter, this Original Application is closed, as no further order is required. Parties are entitled to go before the Arbitrator for other disputes, by taking necessary steps. 29/7/2021 mvs.
