Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.2804 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.34085 of 2019 on 03.03.2020. O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2804 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.34085 of 2019 on 03.03.2020 to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The counsel for the petitioner would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.2804 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.34085 of 2019 on 03.03.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2804 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.34085 of 2019 on 03.03.2020 is modified. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
