Selvam v. The Inspector Of Police

Crl.M.P.No.5420 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.6090 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6090 of 2023 dated 21.03.2023 that the petitioner shall stay at Coimbatore and report before the Inspector of Police, Race Course Police Station daily twice at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6090 of 2023 dated 21.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
