ORDER
The petitioner has filed the above writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to provide electricity connection to the petitioner's property in 51/1A3 now S.No.51/1A1A and 51/1A1C in Plot No.2B based on his representation dated 15.12.2014.
2. Though the petitioner has sought for a direction to provide electricity connection to his property, the same cannot be done directly, even without considering the representation dated 15.12.2014.

3. Mr.P.Gunaraj, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents and submitted that the respondents may be directed to dispose of the representation dated 15.12.2014 given by the petitioner within the stipulated time. Learned Standing Counsel also submitted that the petitioner may be directed to submit an application along with necessary fees and relevant documents.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, I direct the petitioner to submit an application before the respondents along with necessary fees and relevant documents within three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the respondents are directed to consider the representation given by the petitioner on 15.12.2014 and pass suitable orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the application and other relevant documents submitted by the petitioner.
