A.No.1976 of 2021 Application No.1976 of 2021 in CS.DR.No.49090 of 2021 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY,J This application has been filed under Order XIV Rule 8 of Original Side Rules read with Clause XII of the Letters Parent Act, to grant leave to sue against the respondents 1 to 4/defendants 1 to 4.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the fifth defendant is having its place of business in Chennai, i.e., within the jurisdiction of this Court. Copy of the script was handed over to the fourth defendant when he had the office in Chennai. Eventhough he vacated the office, major portion of the cause arose, within the jurisdiction of this Court only.

3. In view of the above submission and in view of the facts narrated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this Court is inclined to grant permission to sue the respondents 1 to 4/defendants 1 to 4. http://www.judis.nic.in 1/2
