Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents for having produced the minutes dated 28.01.2019 before this Hon'ble Court and make believe the petitioner and this Hon'ble Court that the issues between the petitioner and respondent are resolved. However, 1st and 2nd respondents having passed proceedings dated 07.04.2019 contrary to its minutes dated 28.01.2019.

O R D E R
Mr.Sukumaran, learned counsel appearing for the Club has produced the letter addressed to the petitioner in this Contempt Petition withdrawing the suspension order passed on 07.04.2019.
2. In view of the said compliance, this Contempt Petition is closed as no further orders are necessary. No costs.
3. Mr.Balachander, learned counsel who claims to appear for the respondents 4, 5 and 6 who are claiming to be the Members of the Disciplinary Committee and Guardians of Discipline in the Club would contend that the 1st defendant is colluding with the petitioner and giving him entry through back door. It is open to the Members of the Disciplinary Committee who are so much concerned about the discipline in the Club, to initiate whatever proceedings they want as against the actions taken by the Club.
