The petitioners, alleging that they have has been falsely implicated by the respondent-Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323 & 506(ii) IPC r/w Section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(v-a) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, seek a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Cuddalore, to consider and dispose of their bail application that will be filed by them under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day of their surrender before him in connection with Crime No.306 of 2015 on the file of the respondent-Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioners are prepared to surrender before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Cuddalore, there shall be a direction to the Principal Sessions Judge, Cuddalore, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioners, along with their surrender before that Court, on the same day, on merits, and pass appropriate orders.
