There shall be a direction to the Family Court, Vellore to dispose of the Miscellaneous Petitions in Crl.M.P.Nos.70 & 220 and Crl.M.P.No.13 of 2025 in FCMC.No.24 of 2020, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the investigation.
