ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider and take action on the representation dated 12.04.2010 made by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner, with respect to the incident happened in the year 2010.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 5, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3.Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned, as and when required.
