(The case has been heard through video conference) The criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.9040 of 2020 dated 19.06.2020 to surrender and execute the sureties.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioners shall surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court within two weeks from the date of lifting of lock down and the commencement of the Court's normal functioning. Failing which, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners shall stand automatically cancelled.
