O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 19.10.2022 within a time limit prescribed by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.K.Sudhakar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3. The petitioner claims to be a devotee of Arulmigu Vathadu 4/6

Kaliamman Temple situated at Udayam, Muthur Village, Kangeyam Taluk, Tiruppur District. The grievance of the petitioner is that the trustees, who are managing the affairs of the temple have not maintained any accounts and they are not taking any steps to conduct festivals and functions and other poojas in the temple. Hence, the petitioner made a representation in this regard to respondents 1 and 2 on 19.10.2022 to take appropriate action. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has already been acted upon and necessary enquiries have been made. The written instruction received from the jurisdictional inspector of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department was also placed before this Court.

5. Taking into consideration the limited relief sought for in this writ petition and also on going through the written instructions received from the N.ANAND VENKATESH, J 5/6

(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
