Mr.R.M.Venkatesh COMMON ORDER The above Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the learned III Additional District Judge, Salem in dismissing the application filed for rejecting the plaint in O.S.No.10 of 2016, only with an one line order. This Court time and again has deprecated the practice of the presiding officer disposing of the cases without giving any reasons by a one line non-speaking order.
2.The order passed in I.A.No.551 of 2016 in O.S.No.10 of 2016 is therefore set aside and the same remitted back to the III Additional District Judge, Salem, for reconsideration and to pass a detailed orders on merits.
3.The learned Judge is directed to dispose of the same
within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
The Civil Revision Petition is allowed on the above lines. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
