(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 21(d) of Forest Act r/w. section 51 of Wild Life (Protection) Act 1972, in Crime No.Not known of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the case has been registered in Wild OR.No.11 of 2019 on 06.05.2019 by the respondent police and the petitioner has paid the fine amount. He further submitted that no other case is pending against the petitioner as on date.
