ORDER

The petitioner who was arrested on 21.04.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences punishable under Section 4(1) (aaa) 4(1-a)6 & 11 of RS Rules, 2000 TNP Act in Cr.No.262 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein was found in possession of 105 liters of rectified spirit. Hence, the compliant.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is an habitual offender and that there are 13 previous cases pending against him. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.
