This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in para No.7(b) of the order dated 09.12.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.30617 of 2025. __________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in para 7(b) of the order dated 09.12.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30617 of 2025 is modified to that effect that "the petitioner shall report before the trial Court once a week ie., every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders". The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
