ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Petitioner is the wife of the third respondent. Alleging that the detenu is in the illegal custody, the present habeas https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

corpus petition has been filed.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

3.From the submissions made, it is clear that it is a dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. Earlier orders passed would also indicate that attempts have been made to reconcile.

4.Learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that the petitioner has made a ruckus even yesterday (15.10.2020) before the police station.

5.We do not wish to go into the allegations and counter allegations. Suffice it to state that there is no illegal detention involved.

6.In view of the above, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
