This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation of the case in Cr.No.388 of 2014 and file a final report at an earlier point of time. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.388 of 2014 has been registered and is being investigated by the respondent police. 3.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report as expeditiously as possible.
