Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the Respondent Police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.OP.No.10288 of 2020 dated 08.07.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.BALASUBRAMANIAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.SHUNMUGARAJESWARAN Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10288 of 2020 dated 08.07.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
