The petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition to call for the records relating to Crime No.6 of 2011 pending on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that after completing the investigation of the case in Crime No.6 of 2011, charge sheet has been filed against the petitioner and the same has also been taken on file as C.C.No.214 of 2013 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamallee.
