O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition filed is under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records in Crime No.355 of 2022, for the offence u/s.294(b), 341, 323, 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C. on the file of the Inspector of Police, Mettupalayam Police Station, Coimbatore District and quash the F.I.R.

2.Heard Mr.M.Saravanakumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police.

3.It is a case in counter. The main ground on which the F.I.R. is sought to be quashed is that the petitioner filed a case against the defacto complainant and the same was registered in Crime No.300 of 2022 for the offence u/s.147, 148,294(b), 323, due to which, the defacto complainant herein has filed a false case against the petitioner herein. 4.On a perusal of F.I.R, this Court finds that prima-facie allegations are found, which requires investigation. 5.In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to quash the F.I.R. as sought by the petitioner. This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
