This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2997 of 2023 dated 14.02.2023, passed by this Court to report before respondent Police, on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learend Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report has been filed and the case has also been taken up in C.C.No.83 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur and the case now stands posted to 06.06.2023.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 8(c) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2997 of 2023 dated 14.02.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur on 06.06.2023 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
