Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.Nos.6970 & 6984 of 2021 order dated 15.04.2021.

S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners have filed these petitions seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.6970 and 6984 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 4(1)(a) read with 4 (1-A) of TNP Act in Crime No.311 of 2021, while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor strongly opposes these petitions and submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions only from 19.04.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.It is seen from the submission that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions only from 19.04.2021. However, considering the prevailing COVID-19 situation, this Court is inclined to relax the conditions already imposed on the petitioners, who shall appear before the respondent-police as and when required for interrogation.
