ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct further investigation to file a final report in Cr.No.2 of 2020 dated 21.01.2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, W-20, All Women Police Station, Saidapet within three months before the competent court, the petitioner is before this Court with this Criminal Original Petition. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the third respondent after registration of F.I.R in Crime No.2 of 2020 is conducting enquiry and the same would be completed within a short period.
3.Considering the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State, the third respondent is directed to proceed with the investigation in accordance with law and file final report within a period of twelve weeks from the 2/4
date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
