ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in event of his arrest in respect of Crime No.52 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter has been comprised between the parties. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition.
