CMP.No.15180 of 2022 has been filed to condone the delay of 2630 days in filing an application to bring on record legal heirs of 2nd Respondent/2nd Defendant in O.S.No.47 of 2013 on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur and A.S.No.84 of 2018. 2.CMP.No.15181 of 2022 has been filed to set aside the abatement of the Suit in O.S.No.47 of 2013 on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur as against the 2nd Defendant. 3.CMP.No.15182 of 2022 has been filed to bring on record the 13th Respondent herein as legal heir of the 2nd Respondent/2nd Defendant in A.S.No.84 of 2018.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either sides. 5.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these Petitions and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, I am inclined to order these Petitions. Accordingly, these Petitions are ordered as prayed for.
