, This petition has been filed to accept the cause title to file the above set aside petition against the order made in Crl.M.P.No.6340 dated 02.10.2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruthani.

3.On perusing the affidavit, this Court is of the view that, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for. Hence, this Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner at liberty to file Criminal Revision Petition.
