Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 13.6.2015 submitted by the petitioner by increasing the age of retirement for Anganwadi Workers from 60 to 65 years and permit the petitioner to continue her service in the Post of Anganwadi Worker till she attains age of 65 years with all consequential benefits. ORDER
Petitioner is an Anganwadi Worker. she made a representation dated 13.6.2015 seeking to increase the age of retirement from 60 to 65.
2. The petitioner has enclosed various orders in the typed set of papers wherein this court issued directions to consider the representation made by the petitioners therein, within a stipulated period.
3. In view of the various orders passed by this court, the first respondent is directed to pass orders on the representation dated 13.6.2015 made by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
