auction amount of previous year i.e 2017-2018 based on the petitioner's representation dated 24.3.2018.

JUDGMENT

(Delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the writ appeal has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the writ appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous, however, with liberty to the appellant to challenge the renewal order, if so advised.
