ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the the Charge Sheet filed in C.C.No.148 of 2022 pending on the file of CID and CBCID Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore and Chennai.

2. The petitioner is arrayed as A3. The allegation against him is that he had purchased the stolen goods worth about Rupees Nine Lakhs viz., laptop which belongs to the defacto complainant and thereby, the final report discloses the alleged involvement of the petitioner.

3. It requires appreciation of evidence by the trial Court. In such view of the matter, this Court finds no merits in the matter.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
