..Respondent(s) PRAYER - This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.02.2026 to issue computerised patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of Plot No.11, Land Nos.33/2, 3, 4 and 6 measuring 0.05 cents situated at Alamelupuram village, Papireddipatti Taluk, Dharmapuri District.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue computerised patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner is having a manual patta for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition. The petitioner now seeks for issuance of computerised patta in his favour. Since the representation of the petitioner dated 07.02.2026 has not been considered by the respondents for the issuance of computerised patta, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition. 3.Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation is considered on merits and in accordance with law after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner

within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation. 5.For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2026, seeking for issuance of computerised patta in his name for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
