Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned communication dated 22.04.2014 Ref No.108177/PHC5/A2/2014addressed by the 3rd respondent to the 5th respondent and quash the same in so far as the same insisting that the petitioner should obtain sanction for extraordinary leave for the period of her PG Course and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to complete her PG Course in Coimbatore Medical College, Coimbatore as service candidate with all incidental benefits.
