ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.133 of 2025 dated 19.02.2025 on the file of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, (BNS), 2023 and Sections 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, as against the petitioners.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. After hearing the arugments, when the Court was about to dismiss the quash petition, learned counsel for the petitioner intervened and sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle today.

4. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 2/4

5. However, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
