The prayer in the Writ Petition is to direct the respondent to grant permission to conduct a cultural dance program in connection with the temple festival on 05.05.2016. 2.
There is nothing on record to show that representation was given on 01.05.2016 to the respondent.
3. The temple festival is scheduled to be held tomorrow (05.05.2016). It would not be possible for the learned Additional Government Pleader to take instructions in the matter because of paucity of time.

4. I, therefore, do not find any reason to issue a Mandamus as prayed for in the Writ Petition.
