ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.T.Muruganantham, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Habeeb Rahman, learned counsel for the first respondent.

2. The petition is as vague as it could be. No details are given about the width of the road and the encroachment made. In absence thereof, no specific orders could be passed by the court. In case the application, claimed to have been given by the petitioner to the Salem Corporation, is pending, the same be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law, after following the principles of natural justice and decision be taken, preferably within nine months.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
