Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner should appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders as imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Order dated 09.04.2021 in Crl.OP.No.5751/2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.MOHAMED ISMAIL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Clause 6(b) of the order dated 09.04.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5751 of 2021.

2. This Court, vide order dated 09.04.2021, directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
