O R D E R

For the alleged disobedience of the order of this court dated 15.12.2023 passed in W.P.No.34460 of 2023, the present contempt petition came to be filed by the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this court has been complied with. In support of the same, he produced a copy of the Proceedings of the District Revenue Officer, Tiruvallur, bearing No.9536/2023/A7, dated 24.01.2024.

3. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the proceedings so issued does not meet the claim of the petitioner.

4. In view of the above submissions, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings dated 24.01.2024, if he is aggrieved.
