Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Respondent Police on 1st working day of every month until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.6242 of 2020 dated 14.10.2020 in Crl.OP.No.9235 of 2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.L.MAHANDRAN, Advocate for the Petitioners and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9235 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Section 143, 294(b), 323 and 302 of IPC, in Crime No.821 of 2020, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 01.01.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the prevailing Covid-19 Pandemic situation, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
