This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent connected with the appointment order No.G1/7915/2005/S dated 16.12.2010 issued to the 3rd respondent and quash the same and to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to appoint the petitioner to the post of Legal Assistant immediately.
