Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- After some arguments, the learned counsel on record appearing for the petitioner/appellant/A1 seeks permission of this court to withdraw the petition and made a plea to expedite the final disposal of the appeal and also made endorsement.

2.In the light of the endorsement, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

3.The Registry is directed to prepare typed set of documents and expedite the final disposal of this appeal.
