O R D E R

The petitioner who was arrested on 05.09.2020 for the offence under Sections 8(c) r/w.20(b)(ii)(C) and 25 of NDPS Act in Cr.No.683 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner along with another accused was found in possession of 29 Kgs.of Ganja and the total quantity of the contraband seized from all the accused is 43 Kgs.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the quantity of the contraband seized is commercial quantity. He further submitted that earlier, the petitioner approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P.No.954 of 2021 and this Court vide order dated 08.04.2021 dismissed the said petition.

5.Considering the fact that the contraband seized is a commercial quantity and since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.954 of 2021, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
