ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No. 3436 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.No.1158 of 2026 dated 26.02.2026 in Crime No.03 of 2026.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No. 3436 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.No.1158 of 2026 vide order dated 26.02.2026 is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered. 01-04-2026 MPA
