(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 294(b), 324 & 506(ii) IPC in Crime No. 2661 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been arrested by the respondent police. Hence, this petition has become inftructuous.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
