Prayer: This Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from interfering with the business of the petitioner at Shop No.VG-88/6 to an extent of 394 Sq.Ft., at Periyar Vegetable market Koyambedu Wholesale market complex Chennai pending disposal of the application for licence of the petitioner dated 21.03.2024 before the respondent and pass orders.
