These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 1475 days in filing the above petition to set aside the order of dismissal dated 15.03.2018 made in C.R.P. (NPD) No.3318 of 2007 and to restore the same on file.

2. It is seen from the records that the Civil Revision Petition was filed in the year 2007 and thereafter, the Civil Revision Petition was admitted and it has been adjourned on several occasions either on the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner or due to no representation of the petitioner. The Civil Revision Petition was filed against the order dated 30.03.2007 passed in I.A.No.485 of 2005 in I.A.No.302 of 2004 in O.S.No.66 of 2003 seeking to implead the 7th and 8th respondents as parties in the suit. After filing the C.R.P. in the year 2007, the petitioner did not take any steps to bring the Legal Heirs of the deceased 6th respondent on record. Therefore, the learned Judge dismissed the Civil Revision Petition on 15.03.2018.

3. This Court does not find any merits to interfere with the order passed by this Court on 15.03.2018 and to restore the Civil Revision Petition. Hence, this Petitions seeking to condone the delay of 1475 days in filing the above petition and to set aside the order of dismissal dated 15.03.2018 are dismissed.
